Is this tapestry in stock?
Usually. If not, we will get it in from France in about 1-2 weeks after your order is placed, then ship it to you.

Is the rod included?
No. Rods and tassels are sold separately. View rods & tassels here.

Is this tapestry hand made?
No. It is machine woven on quality jacquard looms in France.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping in the USA! Click here for information on International shipping.

How soon will my order ship?
Typically within 5 business days. Sometimes a French tapestry is not in stock and it takes about 1-2 weeks to get it in, at which point it will ship out from our USA warehouse.

Do you use FedEx to ship?
We use FedEx to ship to most addresses. We also use UPS as well as the U.S. Postal Service for some shipments.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships we will email you a tracking number.

Are the images screen printed onto the fabric?
No. All images are woven into the tapestries. These are high quality tapestries.

How do I maintain my tapestry?
Once mounted on a wall, your tapestry should require very little maintenance. Vacuum your tapestry once
or twice a year with your vacuum cleaner's upholstery attachment to remove dust.
